There is a simple luxury in freshly baked bread. This artisan loaf has everything you could want out of a bread: crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside. It is great toasted, used for sandwhiches, or for french toast in the morning (if it lasts that long!).  Available with white, whole wheat, or "Maddie's Favorite Mix" of flours.
